Year 1 went to Legoland on Tuesday as part of their ‘Toys’ topic. They explored famous landmarks made out of Lego in Miniland and enjoyed playing ‘I Spy’, where they found several famous buildings and landmarks. There was great excitement when they played in the Brick Pit, and the children also took part in a Castle Construction workshop. Here, they learnt how to make their Lego castles strong enough for their dragon to live in and not get blown down! It was a very exciting day!
